We would love your help in getting the word out about this year's All Good Music Festival. There are two ways to get involved with the promotions, with our Regional Streetwize Street Team and our Online/National Street Team. Both teams are a great way to get involved and earn some cool rewards while helping the festival continue to be a success.
Local StreetWize Street Team
The Streetwize Team is looking for outgoing individuals to help promote the All Good Festival in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, DC, and VA areas. These reliable and enthusiastic people will hand out flyers, put up posters, go to local shows, etc. Fill out our form below to join the All Good Festival Streetwize Team. In exchange for your hard work we will be offering tickets and ticket discounts for this years festival based on the amount of promotional work you do.
National Street Team
You can earn your ticket to the All Good Festival by helping to spread the word online and on the streets! Compete for a top spot on the LeaderBoard, or use the points you earn promoting in the Online Store for official merch items and more!

WORK EXCHANGE TEAM

The Work Exchange Team (WET), powered by Shimon Presents, is the work exchange program where you are able to experience the All Good Music Festival from a new perspective, the working perspective! Have you ever been behind the scenes at a major event? If you have, you'll know it's a world unlike any other! WET provides you the opportunity to meet people from all around the country that share your love for live music while working alongside music industry professionals. WET members work in fun and exciting departments such as art, site operations, production, VIP, hospitality, camping and much more. It is a great way to network and build lasting relationships among like-minded people. WET members are required to complete a minimum amount of 15 hours, typically separated into 5 hour shifts, and in exchange will receive a full weekend festival pass, a WET T-shirt, camping, and an amazing sense of pride and contribution!
An online deposit, equal to the amount of a weekend pass plus a cancellation fee, will be required to become a WET member, along with a non-refundable processing fee. WET fills up every year for All Good so make sure to get your deposit in on time!Click HERE to start your application process today!

CLEAN VIBES

We are excited to once again be working with Clean Vibes, the festival recycling and clean up experts! This will be the 14th year that we are partnering with Clean Vibes to help keep All Good clean. Clean Vibes is still looking for folks to volunteer to help with the recycling and cleanup effort. Positions are available for during show cleanup, Trash Talkers, and post event cleanup. Q: Will there be gas on-site if we run out?
A: No, there will not be gas available on-site so please fill up before entering the festival and plan ahead for your use of generators.
Q: When may I apply?
A: Applications to become a WET member for the All Good Music Festival will be accepted up until all positions are filled. You may apply at workexchangeteam.com/allgood, by creating a username and clicking the application link at the right of the page. Please note that there is a $10 non refundable processing fee.
Q: Can I sign up as a WET member when I get to the event?
A: We prefer that all applicants apply before the festival; however applicants with credit card/cash deposits will be accepted at the gate if, and only if, there are positions still available.
Q: What do I need to do to apply to be a WET member for All Good?
A: In order to become a WET member for the All Good Music Festival, you must complete the online application. Once accepted, you will be required to submit a deposit via credit card/check card in the amount of the price of a weekend ticket plus a cancellation fee to secure your spot. The deposit will be run immediately when you submit your credit card information, held throughout the festival, and released after the festival pending completion of obligation.
Q: When will I know when I have been accepted?
A: All applicants will be notified within three weeks of applying if they have been accepted or not.
Q: What do WET members receive?
A: WET members will receive admission to the festival, WET t-shirt, camping and an amazing experience. Water will be available to WET members while on shift.
Q: What kinds of duties do WET members perform?
A: WET members will perform a variety of tasks to assist in the festival's success. Departments include: Clean Up, Parking, Merchandise, VIP, Promotions, Catering, and many more! A WET member may be asked to switch departments as last minute changes surface. Any task in which a WET member is not physically capable of performing should be noted by the WET member to the supervisor and the WET member will be deferred to another task. All tasks will be supervised.
Q: How much time must a WET member commit?
A: All WET members are required to work all shifts they are scheduled for a minimum of 15 hours, for admission to the festival. If you are selected for Pre-festival work you will work full 10 hour days until the festival starts.
Q: What happens if I am relieved of my WET duties by my supervisor because I am under the influence?
A: If a WET coordinator feels that a volunteer is under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and cannot perform the assigned duties, the volunteer will be relieved of duties and forfeit their WET deposit. Absolutely no exceptions will be made or discussed.
Q: Can I request not to miss a band?
A: You may choose on your application your top three bands that you prefer not to miss but please note that we will try our best to honor your request, but there is no guarantee that you will not be working during your top three bands.
Q: Can I get a refund for a ticket I purchased and still be a WET member?
A: Unfortunately purchased tickets cannot be refunded. All WET members must make their deposit online in order to volunteer.
Q: Can I work on Pre/Post Festival Shifts?
A: Potential WET members should mark on their applications to signify whether or not they will be available to work before or after the festival starts. You will be notified beforehand if we have a pre festival position available. Please note that this does not mean that you will complete all of your shifts before the festival starts. You may be required to also work during the festival.
Q: How od do I need to be in order to be a WET member?
A: WET members must be at least 18 years or older.
Q: How is the schedule created?
A: Schedules are determined by festival labor needs, past experience, friend requests, band requests and any other appropriate factors. You must expect to work at least one night shift during the festival days. Unless you have been requested by a specific department head, please do not email us requesting certain shifts or departments.
Q: How do I know when I am confirmed to be a WET member?
A: After you fill out the WET application and receive an acceptance email, you will have to submit a deposit online via credit card/check card. After you have submitted your deposit information, you will receive a confirmation email. Succesfully submitting your deposit confirms your spot with WET.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: ONLY credit cards/check cards will be accepted prior to the event.
Q: When do WET members receive their returned deposit?
A: Once it has been confirmed that you have completed your obligation for admission to the festival, we will release your deposit. (Within 5 days after the festival)
Q: What happens if I sign-up to volunteer and fail to show up for a shift, or to the festival at all?
A: If you register to become a WET member and are accepted, but do not show up to work a shift or even show up at the festival at all, you will forfeit your WET deposit and your credit card will not be refunded.
Q: I am coming with NON-WET Members, how does that work?
A: If you are scheduled Pre Fest or before the gates open on the festival days, non-WET members will NOT be allowed on the festival grounds until the gates officially open.
Q: Where can I stay?
A: There is on site camping and hotels in the area. Camping is provided for all WET members in the designated WET camping area. Please visit All Good's travel section for more information.
Q: What if I need to cancel my WET position?
A: You may cancel your WET position at any time.
There is a $25 cancellation fee for anyone who cancels after Sunday, June 29th, 2013.
There is a $75 cancellation fee for anyone who cancels after Sunday, July 6rd, 2013.
Canceling anytime after Sunday, July 13th, 2013 will result in the loss of the full deposit.
