Q: My friends have regular tickets and I have an EVEN BETTER ticket, they
decided they want to camp with us and hang out in style, how do we make this happen?
A: Sorry we are SOLD OUT of the VIP package. Your friends can hang out with you anywhere outside the Even Better Camp at the Lovely Marvin's Mountaintop.
Q: Can I get group rates?
A: No group rates are available.
Q: How about Early Bird Discounts?
A: SOLD OUT
Q: Do my kids get discounts?
A: We are offering 50% off for Kids from ages 4-12, and 3 and under are FREE. Children 13 and up are full price. Please let us know if you are bringing children so we can accommodate VIP goodies and games just for them. Early registration is required. This should only take about 3 minutes to register your child. Details will come with registry.

Q: What time can we enter the venue?
A: The VIP Check-In will be at the Ramada in Morgantown and will open on early arrival day (Thursday). See below for the schedule Check-In times. Once you check in, you will then be directed to the venue.
Check-in times at the Ramada:
- Thursday, July 8th. 9AM-Midnight
- Friday, July 9th. 9AM-Midnight
VIP check-in moves to concert site
- Even Better gates open at 10am on Thursday, July 8th. General Admission opens around Noon, so if you want to avoid nearly ALL traffic, get there before Noon. Please note we cannot predict the traffic.
- Contact us at vip@allgoodfestival.com if you plan on arriving to the festival after Even Better check-in has closed (anytime on or after Saturday, July 10th).
Q: I purchased EVEN BETTER tickets for myself and my friend. My friend is arriving separately. Can I pick up their EVEN BETTER ticket as well?
A: If you are arriving separately you can leave your friend's name at Check-In. We can accommodate holding a name for you. Tickets are not given out, but a package of goodies, credentials, parking passes, etc. You must come to the Check In to receive everything.
Q: The VIP listing includes "Car Camping Permit". Does this mean that if I am tent camping with the VIP package, I can park my car at my tent site?
A: The answer to your question is YES, you can park next to your car with your purchase of the Even Better VIP package, unless you are woods camping in which a special parking area is designated for your convenience.
Q: My friend is driving with me but does not have an EVEN BETTER Ticket, can they still camp with me?
A: If your car or RV is camping in the EVEN BETTER area, EVERYONE in the car must have an EVEN BETTER ticket before they are allowed into the festival, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Q: Will upgrades be available on day of show?
A: VIP tickets are SOLD OUT. No Upgrades will be available.

Q: May I camp my RV in THE EVEN BETTER area?
A: Not unless you already have purchased and Even Better RV pass. We are SOLD OUT.
Q: What happens if I did not purchase an RV VIP ticket?
A: Your RV will not be allowed to park in the EVEN BETTER RV parking. You will end up camping in General Admission RV camp and having to walk to the EVEN BETTER area to hang out. All RV's are required to purchase an RV ticket. Space will sell out in VIP camping, so only the General Admission RV pass will be available, and your only option.
Q: I have two friends who have regular tickets staying with me in my RV, will this be a problem?
A: Yes, everyone in the EVEN BETTER area must have an EVEN BETTER Ticket before they will be allowed to drive with you into the festival. They will not be allowed to camp with you. Please make sure to purchase upgraded tickets for them before you get to the festival. (UPDATE, WE ARE SOLD OUT)
Q: Are companion cars allowed in the Even Better RV Pass area?
A: No cars will allowed to park in the RV area due to a limited amount of space, however, all companion vehicles will be able to park in a designated car parking area directly adjacent to RV camp.

Q: Will the VIP passes include backstage passes? Or is there anyway to obtain a backstage pass? We noticed several people venturing backstage.
A: We do not offer backstage passes. The people you saw venturing backstage were more than likely friends and family of the bands playing the All Good Festival.
